Education Qualification : The Candidates who have completed 10th & 12th or have any ITI Diploma are eligible for GSRTC Conductor exam. 12th Pass or graduate candidates will be preferred.
Selection Procedure : The Candidate selection will be made on the basis of Educational & Written exam scored marks. The weightage of marks will be given 40% for marks scored in 10th Standard and 30% for additional qualification like 12th /Graduation.
Pay Scale/Salary : Candidates who are selected in the GSRTC Conductor Recruitment they will get 10000/- per month salary.

GSRTC Conductor Exam Syllabus : GSRTC Conductor exam will be conducted for 100 marks with 2:00 hrs duration; the subjects included in Exam are as follows-
- Gujrati vyakrad ; 10 marks
- English Grammar : 10 marks
- Quantitative aptitude and Reasoning -10 marks
- Questions related to the Trade -10 Marks
- Motor Vehicle Primary knowledge Related, Primary Treatment / Conductor Responsibility - 10 marks
- General Knowledge - 30 Marks (History,Geography and Current Affairs)
- Computer Knowledge - 20 Marks
