Educational Qualification - 

1. Minimum Qualification for Lower Division clerk Post Recruitment is Matriculation with 12th Class pass or Its Equivalent qualification from any recognized university in india. 
2. A typing speed of 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi on Computer.

Selection Procedure :- Candidates Selection will be made on the basis of Written Exam and Skill test. The Applicant who qualify The written Exam will have to appear for skill test on Computer. For Qualifying the skill test Candidates should Clear the Typing speed test which is 35 word per minute for English and 30 Words per minute in Hindi.
Computer skill test will be conducted by council.
